Theme (Allen)
Treat others how you want to be treated...
Textual evidence: "I am , nor hath not One spirit to command: they all do hate him as rootedly as I"
Prospero did not treat others with respect so the people that he had encountered wanted to overthrow him. Had prospero been a good leader and treated people with respect they wuld approve of his rulings.
Director (Jawan)
Caliban told Stephano that he should take over the land, and if Stephano took over the land Caliban would become his servant. Caliban wanted Prospero to be killed. So Caliban told Stephano that Prospero usually sleeps during the afternoon during this time he could smash his skull in. While Stephano was killing Prospero he had to take his spell book. Because if Prospero had the book he could put a spell on Stephano and stop him.
I chose this scene because it was an astonishment that Caliban wanted Prospero to be killed. After everything Prospero daughter did for him he wanted him dead. Caliban felt like Prospero used magic to take over his land.
