Celebrate Education Week

Thank you to all the parents that came out to visit us during Celebrate Education Week. It is a wonderful opportunity for Lenape to share all the teaching and learning that goes on during a school day! One quick reminder: So that we can respect privacy and confidentiality for all of our students, we ask that parents do not take videos or pictures while visiting Lenape. Thank you for your help with this matter.

Every year, students are allowed to dress up for Halloween and compete in several categories for best costumes. All costumes must meet the Lenape Dress Standards. For safety and security reasons, students are not permitted to have anything resembling a weapon as part of their costume, and they may not cover their face with masks or face paint. It is the expectation that all costumes are respectful to individual people and groups of people. Thank you for discussing this with your student as he/she plans to join in the Lenape Halloween Spirit.
