**Weekly Update** 02/12/21 Vol. 26
Hola Jaguar Parents and Families!
Today marks the end of our Grading Period 4. I want to thank all of our parents and guardians for supporting our school in meeting the challenging needs during this pandemic. Our focus will always be on ensuring academic success and creating educational opportunities for your Jaguar!
It is really hard to believe how fast we are moving in this school year of 20-21, however, I want to remind our students that we still have 2 important grading periods to complete. We need to finish this Semester strong with Grading Periods 5 and 6 ahead of us.
During this Winter Break, school will not be in session for the entire week. We will resume classes on Monday, Feb. 22nd. However, I do want every Jaguar to spend this week off organizing their classwork, assignments and catching up on any missing assignments that you may have fallen behind on. We have some of the greatest teachers who are willing to meet and support you. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are prioritizing your most important job in life right now, which is your education!
Lastly, I would like for everyone to make sure you have a healthy balance between the amount of time you are spending on the computer with social media and making sure that you are monitoring your own personal well being. This includes a healthy diet, exercise, and quiet time to unplug and recharge!
Please spend a moment to view a few new sections in our Newsletter that recognize our Jaguar Family of the Month as well as the heroes that we are honoring for Black History Month!
Enjoy your week off Jaguar Familia!
