Create Review Games with Quizizz
Put your own fun spin on your reviews!
Games for Learning, Assessing, and Review
Game-like activities have been found to be an extremely effective way for students to show what they know. They encourage participation, keep students engaged, and the friendly-competition motivates them to do their best.
Quizizz is similar to Kahoot! which is another great assessment tool. Both allow teachers to easily create fantastic review quizzes of their own, and search thousands of quizzes that are already available.
Students from Kindergarten to 12th grade enjoy the opportunity to review in an interactive, digital environment. If you haven't tried them yet, now is the time!

Tips for using Quizizz
Individual players will need their own device to participate in the game. If you have limited devices here are a few suggestions:
- Have students play in teams (make sure there are enough questions for each student in the team to respond)
- Create a "review" station where 3-4 students play the quiz at a time
- Take students to the lab to play
Create your own memes for quizzes
Quizizz has a really neat feature that allows you to create Meme sets that will display for students when they answer correctly or incorrectly. How cool is that?
Choose "My Memes"
On the homepage, choose "My memes" at the top.
Create Correct/Incorrect answer memes
These Memes will display when students answer correctly/incorrectly.
Easy to make
They already have some hilarious pictures to choose from, simply add text and save your Meme!
You will be asked about using a Meme set when you start to "play" the quiz.
