Get some sleep!
The importance of sleep on your mind and body is tremendous. When you get a lack of sleep you're cutting both your mind and body short. A lack of sleep greatly decreases your ability to learn. Recommended amount of sleep differs for different ages but for a High School Student needs 8-9 hours of sleep per night for best results.
Vary Your Routine!
Changing up your routine can help your brain soak up all of that information. Your brain runs off of patterns so when you change up that pattern it throws it off guard but more aware as to what is happening.
Relate!
Compare the new information learned with old memories and make connections! This will help the new information stick easier to your brain. Which means when its time to recall it, It will be a lot easier to do.
