Arts in Houston Lecture Series
Leadership through Creative Evolution by Sixto Wagan
What is the Talk About?
The talk will look at leadership and the artistic process, asking if “Leadership” is an art form.
From the framework of Houston art scene and the national dialogue on the arts since the mid-90s, Wagan examines the evolution of leadership models in the non-profit arts field. He will touch on organizational life cycles, representation at policy tables and the continuing hybridization of the arts field.
