In addition to class assessments that our teachers use for learning, the district and state also administer assessments as well.
MAP Tetsing (K-5)- Weke of May 3rd
ISA (5th Grade)- Week of May 10th

April D.E.A.M. Calendar
Here is the DEAM Calendar for this month. This is not a required activity, but is a wonderful way to get moving and active with your family and friends. If you choose to do this, simply print out the calendar or copy it down on a piece of paper and do the activity listed each day of the month. If you complete the calendar you will be entered into a raffle for a prize from the PE teachers!

Millburn Family Virtual Fun Run: The Millburn Family *Virtual* Fun Run starts tomorrow. Grab your running or walking shoes and get moving! The Fun Run will be virtual this year and is scheduled for April 24, 2021! Complete the 5k anytime between April 24, 2021- May 1, 2021. There is still time to sign up. Staff Appreciation: We need your help! Staff appreciation week is quickly approaching (May 3 – 7). We have some exciting things to show our Staff how much we appreciation all they do. 8th Grade Farewell Celebration: 8th Grade Families – Invitations are mailed. If you did not receive one please reach out to us.
We will be holding this Millburn tradition for our graduates on Friday, May 21st . Our FRIENDS themed evening is for our graduates and their parents/guardians only.

We need your help! In the next few weeks look for information about helping at the event. I takes many hands doing simple tasks make this night a success. Remember next year the 7th grade families do all the work for you to have a memorable evening. If you have any questions please contact:
Spirit Wear:
Masks: Millburn masks available (mustang/elementary and cougar/middle school). Online orders will be taken each month and submitted at the end of the month. You will be notified by email when your orders arrive at the school and can be given to your child's teacher or pick up.

Box Tops: We are continuing to collect box tops Drop them off at school. There is a bin for Box Tops (labeled Drop Your Box Tops Here) by the Main Entrance Doors of each school. Or pick them up from your porch, contact us as boxtops@millburnEPIC.com.
Jimano’s $$: Are you ordering dinner from Jimano’s? Look on your pizza box for the ‘Piece of Education’ logo and save that tab - Jimano’s will donate back to Millburn for each one of those saved! Coca-Cola Give: Coca-Cola Give is a new destination for donating to your school. Each bottle of Coca-Cola products has a code on the inside of the bottle cap. (Not just soda – Dasani water, Powerade, Honest, etc).
