Mitosis is when cell splits to make two identicle daughter cells
Why is Mitosis Important
Mitosis is important because, it plays an important role in the development of embryos. It helps with oure bodys growth and development. And finally mitosis replaces dead, damaged or lost cells which helps our bodies function correctly and help us grow.
Prophase
This is the first part of mitosis. This is when all the centresomes are tightly coiled together and the spindle fibers have started to form.
Metaphase
This is the second part of mitosis. This is when the centresomes are in a straight line down the middle and the spindle fibers have formed.
Anaphase
this is the third part of mitosis. This is when the centresomes are at opposite sides of the poles.
Telaphase
This is the fourth and final part of mitosis. This is when the cell seperates to make two identicle cells.
