2019-2020 Focus: We will always focus on what is best for our students.
Dear Members of the B-R Community,
Happy 2020. While we start a new calendar year, we remain right in the middle of our 2019-2020 academic year. Work and conversations from 2019 continue right into 2020. To that end, I wanted to provide you with five important resources.
First, there has been much conversation on the process we have followed to explore the impact of our School Start Times. For current, accurate answers please see the FAQ on our website:
Second, if you are looking for the research on Student Health, Sleep, and Start Times visit our School Schedules page:
Third, if you need immediate support for students, visit our Wellness Page:
Fourth, if you are looking for information or support on dealing with social media, visit our Social Media resources page:
Fifth, if you are looking for information on our strategic work on health and wellness, visit our One and All page:
The conversations continue at our next Board meeting: Monday, January 6. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. as we swear in our new members and will take place in our “new home” in the Small Cafeteria of BRHS.
I hope you had a wonderful end to 2019. Here’s to an even more productive 2020.
Thank you for your continued collaboration.
All the best,
