C2E

Personal excellence is a lifelong journey that brings focus, challenge, meaning, joy, frustration and perspective to life. As good or great as you are or become, you can always be a little bit better--a little more focused, confident, consistent, positive, or better equipped to deal with distractions.

Terry Orlick PhD, In Pursuit of Excellence

    Affirmations

The C&I team would like to send a huge shout out to Campus Principals who have made room in their schedules to participate in Check-In meetings.

    Coaching Tip

High-quality coaching lies somewhere near the crossroads of good teaching and educational therapy. Done well, coaching can help you sort through your pedagogical baggage, develop or hone new skills, and ultimately find your best teaching self.
