Managing the Money You Make Can Help You Make More Money
Former Vice President of Retail Banking and Distribution at Bank of America, will provide tips on Money Matters for high school, college students, and adults. How much money do you have and how much you can make is something to think about, but most importantly what you do with your money is priceless. This session will be facilitated by experts in the financial industry and is designed for high school and college students.
- Create a spending plan
- Learn steps to saving
- Create a saving growth chart
- Understand that college education is an investment and can prepare financially for college while in high school
- Make a connection between checking accounts and handling money
- Learn how to build a good credit history
This is a Summer Institute Series. Certificate of completion will be given to student who successfully complete the course. This course is designed for students in grades 9th-1st year college. Space will be limited to 20 students to provide small and individual instruction.
