Orientation Leader Updates

~ Welcome ~

On behalf of the Student Support Staff we would like to thank you again for your dedication and commitment to our orientation team! We are so fortunate to have such a great group of Orientation Leaders to welcome our new students!

While you are off enjoying the summer, we will keep you in the orientation loop though our NSO 2013 Monthly Newsletter. Here you will receive the most up to date information about Orientation events and plans, as well as a few “shout-out” notice.

Summer 2013

  • Tredtin Hall will be closed over the summer and NO dining services will be available.

  • The bookstore will be temporarily relocated to Clarence TC Ching Hall for the duration of the summer.

  • Dani Russell will be closing out her graduate assistantship June 30th 2013.

A big mahalo to Dani for all her contributions!!

  • Julie’s expected due date is July 16th once baby #2 arrives Julie will be returning to us in September.

Eventbrite online registration and check-in

Below you will see the Eventbrite link that we had discussed. We will be using these services during Orientation, so please feel free to look around the webpage. There will be no need for you to create a personal account, as we will provide you with account assistance at our pre-orientation training. However, we may contact you over the summer to test out the Eventbrite RSVP system in our efforts to have comprehensive reservations and check ins.

Involvio App Information Coming soon...

At this time our Chaminade Involvio App is under construction, but more details will be coming to you in June’s newsletter.
