Lunch reminders
- We'll be outside when the weather is nice. There are few picnic tables, but bring a blanket or chair if you wish.
- You may want to bring some bug repellent as the flies can be out in full force this time of year.
- If the weather is bad, we will eat inside in the worship center. There are tables and chairs available, however we will be responsible for setting them up and taking them down.
Gettysburg Homeschool Days
Gettysburg National Park has homeschool days each year. This is a family event that you will plan on your own, but if we are able to get some families together it will be more fun. Plan to drive out the night before and stay over as the event starts at 10:00am.

Weekly Student Presentation
Book Summary
Tell us about one of the books you read over the summer. OR, present on a favorite book. Younger kids may show the pages of a picture book. For older kids, show the cover of the book and summarize the plot. Teach your kids to think in these terms: setting, plot, characters, conflict, and theme.
