February 2016
Principal's Corner
This will be the last monthly PTA/PKVES newsletter that you will receive. In place of this newsletter, we will be sending out Weekly Reminders on Sunday evening through email to help keep parents better informed. Teachers will continue to email weekly newsletters and any information that the PTA or school office needs to communicate will be included in their newsletters.
As Rockingham County Schools are moving toward "digital conversion" by focusing on enhancing student learning by providing access to digital tools and resources, we are helping parents and student move toward communicating information digitally to allow for quicker and more accurate information. This would include the electronic newsletters that teacher send out weekly. By sending the newsletters home electronically teachers are able to link apps that they are using in the classrooms, pictures, and videos which will allow you to see first hand what the students are working on in the classrooms.
However if you have no way to access the newsletters electronically and prefer a paper copy please fill out the form below and return it to your child's teacher.
Click on the links below to see all the fun the students have had celebrating reading this month.
