Science Demo Volunteer Training Thursday, October 6 6:00-7:30pm RCOE 115
You are invited and encouraged to come and learn how to lead both small and large group science demos. Jeff Goodman will be leading this training session. He has a lot of really cool science tricks that you won't want to miss out on learning how to do and, more than that, you can learn how to be an engaging teacher just by watching him. In the past, Jeff has done a lot of large group demos with students and App Ed has helped with small group demos. This semester Jeff isn't available as much for large group demos so we are wanting some of you to learn how to lead these large group demos. We had some of our very own App Ed members lead some large group demos last year and they did awesome! Pizza will be provided at the training session. Click here to RSVP!
Congratulations to our Teacher Education Ambassadors!
We look forward to these individuals helping us more with recruitment and retention efforts for teacher education. Thanks to Megan Kasper for her hard work with this initiative.
