Medusa and the Forest
A long time ago when the Petrified Forest national park was alive, Medusa lived there with an enemy. The enemy was a dragon named Solstice. When Medusa was walking through the forest, she came upon the biggest tree in the forest. The tree said “My name is Cellar and I know where your enemy hides.” When he told Medusa, she went after him. There was a battle in the sky as all the trees watched in horror as Medusa opened her snake eyes and froze everything. When she did that, she used up the rest of her power and turned into a bobcat. To this day the forest is stone.
