Drop-in Adult Ballet Fitness Classes are here in St. Catharines!

Ballet is a great form of exercise to strengthen and tone the entire body. Poise, grace and balance are also benefits. Combined with upbeat music and a continuous "follow the instructor" format, it is also great for improving cardiovascular endurance!

Every Saturday at 11am

This is a drop-in style class which means you do not need to pre-register.

Simply show up 5 minutes early, pay $10 and take the class!
