Students Participate In Hat Day Supporting Our Local Food Pantry...

Parents & Guardians:
October is one of my favorite months; I wish it would last longer. However, it’s important to enjoy every moment of this New England gift. The cooler temperatures and the beautiful foliage is something to be admired – take advantage if you can as we know the cold weather will be right around the corner. Let's take a look at what's happening next week at CMS.
Wishing everyone a weekend.

Community Connections Project – Annual Food Drive Campaign
It’s that time of year again when we take on the initiative of helping out others. Our annual Donation & Food Drive will take place from Monday, October 1st – Friday, October 26th
This year we are attempting to raise enough money to feed families in need or collect enough non-perishable food items to do the same. The goal is to fill my office with as many food items as possible and collect enough money to purchase food through a special program for families. I will work with my Leadership Team to meet these goals. If you want to donate money, please make checks payable to: CHIP-In. We will have a donation tub in our main office and in the cafeteria for additional donations. I will keep everyone updated as we move toward this goal. If you have any questions, please e-mail Principal Packard at dpackard@dcrsd.org
