I have finalized most documents over the past week, including this morning (Sat.).
I will be scheduling the rest of our End-of-Year conferences for teachers, this week.
90% of our SRP eval End-of-Year conferences are done! Phew!
I will be meeting with you on Monday to finalize our paperwork.
Thanks for your work on this during the busy time of the year.
Don't forget - grades have closed and all grades needed to be in by last Friday. I did extend the date to Monday, June 3rd. Please have everything into Aspen by 4pm on Monday.

June 3 - Final Day-Grades entered into Aspen; Kindergarten Orientation Night for new families, 5:30pm
June 4 - Dom begins to review grades in Aspen; High School Seniors visit elementary schools today - fond farewell; Annual MacTeacher Night at MacDonald's after 4:30pm; Community Mtg. at the High School re: Budget 6:30pm
June 5 - RtI/MTSS mtg. 8am; Gr. 2 Field Trip to Mystic
June 6 - Final PBIS Mtg. 7:50am, room 2; TEAM DAY please check individual Google Calendars for specific information; Ice Cream Social 6pm- Title One Event at CHS - all Title schools - Tiogue, HH, and Blackrock
June 7 - Tiogue's Fun Day, sponsored by the PTA - schedule will be similar to last year - with gr. 2, 3, 4, 5 going out in the morning and K, 1 going out after their lunch times. This schedule is being finalized by Dom and the PTA this weekend. We will email the final schedule out on Monday.
June 9 - PTA Rainbow Fun Run, 11:30am-2:30pm on our field
June 10 - Gr. 5 Trip to Wawaloam
June 12 - Moving on ceremony for Gr. 5, 9am Gymnasium
June 13 - TEAM DAY please check individual Google Calendars for specific information; All Day Referendum Budget Vote #2
June 14 - Last Day of School, Dismissal 11:30am-11:40am- report cards go home

Reading Information
Guided Reading Library will be closing Wednesday, June 5th. So please plan to return materials to Room 1 by the end of the day Wednesday.

Initial Placements for next year, 2019-20
Please take a look at your grade level lists again to be sure that we comfortable with the B/G mix of students, behaviors, and Special Needs considerations. At this point in time, we are placing students based upon our Special Education programs that currently exist at Tiogue: Resource, Intensive Resource, and Life Skills.

Behavioral Specialist and Math Intervention Schedule:
*Kim Sturdahl will be at Tiogue Monday through Friday*
*Reminder: Do not send students to the office to deliver behavior referrals
Referrals: Please complete all sections of the behavior referral forms for Kim. Be as specific as possible.
Please turn in all referrals to Kim within 24 hours of the infraction or incident.
Infractions involving the location of bathroom trended downward this past week; however, incidents outside on the playground and during other unstructured times increased slightly.
