Board Selects Firm to Lead Superintendent Search

During the May 4, 2021 Special Meeting, members of the Clear Creek Amana Community School District Board of Education voted to approve the selection of Ray & Associates, Inc. to lead the district’s national Superintendent search. Ray & Associates of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, specializes in searches for educational executive leadership services. The Board made its selection based partially on the group’s Proposal to include the Board in all steps of the process and to enable Board members to actively review job candidate profiles.

The process of selecting the district’s next Superintendent will begin this month. Stakeholder input will be collected from various groups, including staff, parents, students, and community members. This input will be collected and used by the search firm to identify the desired qualities we are collectively seeking in the next leader for Clear Creek Amana CSD.

The Board of Education, along with representatives from Ray & Associates, look forward to working with staff, families, and the community on selecting the next Superintendent for Clear Creek Amana CSD.
