News From Minnesota Outreach

COVID-19 Telehealth Treatment Program

The State of Minnesota's telehealth test-to-treat program helps to ensure Minnesotans who have tested positive for COVID-19 have easy access to clinician care and therapeutic treatments that reduce their risk of serious illness or hospitalization.

Minnesotans with a positive COVID-19 test can use a website, mobile app, or phone call to sign up for a virtual consult with a licensed clinician.

  • If you are a good candidate for therapeutics, the clinician can provide a prescription virtually to a local pharmacy.
  • In some geographic areas, prescription medications can also be delivered to a home address.
  • The consult, medication, and delivery will come at no cost.
