ATTENDANCE MATTERS

Health office REMINDERS
- Please keep your children home if they are sick. This includes fevers, excessive coughs/ runny noses, nausea and vomiting and generalized malaise.
- Your child must be 24 hours symptom free from any illness/ fever before returning to school.
- Please inform me if your child is started on daily medications or receives a new diagnosis for any chronic conditions so I can ensure their medical file up to date and be able to monitor for possible side effects.
- Please ensure your contact information is up to date in Genesis and there is an emergency contact listed. Your are responsible to pick up your child within 60 minutes if contacted by the school for illnesses and medical emergencies.
Medications

Life Threatening Food AllergiesRemember to see your pediatrician or allergist yearly! New forms are required at the beginning of each school year. Accidental exposures can still happen even when children are not in school. Check expiration dates on your epipens or AUVI Q auto injectors. | AsthmaRemember, if you child may need asthma medication at any point during the school year, they have to have an Asthma Action Plan on file.
