This week's Area 31 newsletter brings for you interesting opportunities! Check out the New International Accelerator Program, co-funded by the European Social Fund aimed to support innovative Spanish companies. The Spain-US Start-Up Competition is inviting all Spanish entrepreneurs and Spanish university graduates to apply, who have an innovative idea and funding challenges. Do you have a start up or work in the Travel industry? Hotusa Challenge: Second Edition is offering an opportunity to built your idea or startup within the Hotusa Venture Builder. New International Accelerator Program
Deadline : 31 July 2016
Acceleration International European coworking is launched by the School of Industrial Organization (EOI), under the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, in collaboration with the network of entrepreneurs Impact Hub. Their objective is to Improve the skills of entrepreneurs and support the creation of innovative companies with an international profile is the aim of this free initiative, co - funded by the European Social Fund, aimed at those innovative Spanish companies with less than two years, with the intention to export products or services, or internationalize.

Spain-US Start-Up Competition
Deadline : 12 August 2016
EMPRENDE USA is a business plan competition conceived to help young Spanish entrepreneurs. The main aim is to guide young entrepreneurs through the fundamentals of raising capital for their business. This competition is open to those who have an innovative idea and funding challenges, or already have a business and need a final push. Although it indicates that it is necessary to be resident, this requirement is not mandatory if the contestants come from a Spanish university.

Siemens Days
Deadline : 10 September 2016
Siemens has set up a specific unit to encourage disruptive ideas that have greater strength and accelerate the development of new technologies. This unit will have a funding of 1,000 million euros during the first five years, and is open to startups who want to implement business ideas innovation in strategic areas of the company. Hotusa Challenge: Second Edition

Hotusa Venture is inviting entrepreneurs and professionals in the travel industry to the 2nd edition of the event Hotusa Challenge which will take place in Madrid this september. They are looking for a team of talented professionals to create effective solutions to innovate and improve a sector that is already fascinating. It is a three-day challenge full of intensive training and good teamwork. The selected teams will be built within the Hotusa Venture Builder, backed by funds Hotusa Group.
