Individualism -- Time to Stand Out!
Why you need to get up, stand out, and show the world... YOU
It's Time!
THEY'RE SCARED
High school students have yet to grasp the full idea of what it means to stand out, and powerful they and their personalities are!
The Quote to Start it all
"To be great is to be misunderstood."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Self-Reliance"
This is where everyone needs to start, and they need to understand the significance of being yourself, and not letting anyone stand in your way, and to be Self-Reliant.
Where to Start
What do you need to know about Self-Reliance?
"To be great is to be misunderstood."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Self-Reliance"
Under the definition of Individualism, there is a reference to Self-Reliance, as it is a big part in the fulfillment of being yourself. Being both individual and self-reliant is a difficult task, but especially in school, it can get worse.
How will this help you?
1. Standing out from everyone else allows you to show confidence to others, and to show that you are not afraid of the orthodox. You'll almost be intimidating to some.
2. It makes you feel better inside. You'll enjoy the boost in self-confidence and why it is so helpful to you in the long run.
3. Finally, it'll allow you to to try something new, and release the inner greatness you have. You're effect on people is larger than you think, and it is awesome to to know that power.
It's a problem that people stick to the ordinary, the mainstream ideals, and the standards set by the popular groups. We won't make progress in social ideals if no one tries something different, and takes a chance away from everyone else.
What things should you all do?
How can you help out?
It's easy!
Help you friends, and support them in the actions and choices to stand out they make, only if they are positive, of course.
