Nine ways to get more energy before training

It never hurts to take a break from training - as long as the break does not last too long. To succeed with your training, the continuity of the routines is important. Otherwise, it will be easy for you to drive all the way into the tile, when the training sessions should in fact give you more energy. Even before the training, it is nice to be able to go in with force. How do you replenish your body and mind while maintaining focus on your goals?
