Yoga

This class is for all levels of experience. The instructor has 15 years of teaching Yoga and is a Registered Nurse who is committed to keeping students safe. We will look at strength, flexibility, relaxation and FUN. All are welcome!

It's Your Choice

As the title suggests, this group really is your choice. We will meet and talk about whatever book or movie we want to discuss.
This group will meet the first Tuesday of the month at 3:30PM in the Community Room on the second floor of the library.
This group will be lead by a friend of the library, Joanne. While you are here, ask about how you too can become a friend to the library.
