What people are saying...
"As a college professor, I have found this App exceedingly useful in creating eBooklets for my students. The ability to control the look and feel of the information that I am delivering students has allowed me to engage them in a way a traditional template cannot."
-Professor Jason Seitz, Georgia Perimeter College
A Smorgasbord of Apps
Skitch
Skitch is an app that allows you to annotate on top of images, PDFs, maps, the web, or a blank sheet. The resulting image can be used in others apps on your iPad (like Educreations or Haiku Deck below) or in Word or PowerPoint documents on your computer. If you create a free Evernote account, your images can automatically sync to other computers and devices so they are always one click away.

Educreations
Educreations is an interactive whiteboard app that records your writing/annotation and voice together. The resulting video can be uploaded to their website (with your free account) and then shared with others as a web link, similar to sharing a YouTube video. You can start with a blank white background or, as you see in the Ultrasound example below, a picture you take or find online.
Haiku Deck
Haiku Deck's main selling point is the image search that it has within the app. While you can always upload your own images from your iPad, Haiku Deck provides a search based off the text you add to your slide. The focus is on the images, so the amount of text you can enter is limited - that's a good thing! You cannot insert videos or do much in the way of formatting the text. Haiku Deck's can be uploaded to their website and viewed from any Internet-connected device.
