This was sent to families and provides important updates about the potential shift to REMOTE learning.

This is an opportunity for families and teachers to reflect on the first quarter of the school year. Since this is a time like no other, everything will be different. The information below is provided to help prepare you for a different format and different types of conversations that will happen.
Schedule for Thursday/Friday
Thursday
- 8:15-11:30 hybrid as usual
- "Early dismissal" from remote learning in the PM so there will be special choice boards for students that carry over from Wednesday
- Conferences from 5:00 - 9:00 PM
Friday
- Non-attendance day for students.
- Conferences from 8:00 - 11:00 AM

We still pull a report card for the quarter, but...
They no longer provide the detailed information that is available on OTUS gradebook. A report is pulled from one moment in time. The gradebook allows for kids and parents to see specific progress over the course of the year.
Below is a snapshot of the report and the gradebook along with a quick tutorial of how to preview.
