Genghis Khan was the great political leader and military leader of the mongols when under his reign he built one of the largest empires ever.
Kublai Khan was the successor to Genghis Khan who completed the destruction of the song dynasty and put in place the Yuan dynasty.
The Fall of the Mongol Dynasty
Some of the reasons why the great empire fell was due to the empire's resources being spread too thin, corrupt officials in the court, and a revolution finished off the empire.
Religion and Government
Buddhism and Daoism- Brought to China in the first century from India, because of the fall of the Han dynasty became more widespread. Although during the Tang dynasty Buddhism started receiving harsh criticism while Daoism gained credibility and popularity.
Neo-Confucianism-
