An expression that can have constants, variables and exponents, that can be combined using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Vocabulary

  • Factoring-A factorable polynomial with integer coefficients is factored completely if it is written as a product of unfactorable polynomials with integer coefficients.
  • Degree-The power of the exponent.
  • Standard form of a polynomial-Has the terms in descending order by degree.
