Why is stress bad for your health? What can it lead to?

Stress can become chronic, it can be positive and a negative feelings. Stress can lead to physical symptoms including headaches, upset stomachs, high blood pressure, chest pain, and problems sleeping. Stress in teens can lead to major or severe depression and anxiety. It can become overwhelming leading to pain of any kind. Many people have heart attacks because of being very over stressed.

Short term goals

Some short term goals I have.

  • Getting good grades
  • Studying Hard
  • Keep my confidence up
  • Keep up my positive attitude
  • Try to sleep more
  • Try to be my own person
Many of these short term goals are my top goals that I would like to achieve for sure, but also just a few of these goals are important but not actually necessary.

Stress Symptoms

Many stress Symptoms are

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • High blood pressure
  • Headaches
  • Pain of any kind
  • Heart attacks

Personal relaxers for stress and avoiding stress

What I do to avoid stress on a daily basis

  • Take a 30+ minute to take a break from homework and relax
  • Eat something
  • Watch T.V. for awhile
  • Lay down for 15 minutes
  • Talk to a friend
  • Get on my phone for a few minutes
  • Take Advil if needed

My solutions for personal stress

  • Watching an enjoyable T.V. show
  • Go out with friends
  • Have some alone time
  • Listen to music
  • Draw
  • Read
  • Take baths
  • Take nightly drives
  • Take walks
  • Face cleanser
  • Dance
  • Talk to friends on face time
  • Do my hair
  • Go shopping
  • Go out to eat alone or with friends
