IMMUNIZATIONS

Please watch for notices of immunizations that are due. Notices will be sent home in your child's backpack. The winter break is a great time to get these updated.

The Public Health Department, Urgent Care Medical Centers, or your private provider update these vaccines. If you decide to get these vaccines completed at the Public Health Department you must call and make an appointment. The number is 352-6600. Please have your provider either fax a copy of the updated immunization to nurse Moore at 892-9780 or you can bring it in after break.

Thank you and have a safe holiday.

Nurse Moore

LICE

If you have questions please call nurse Moore at 892-9705.
