Ear clearing or clearing the ears is any of various maneuvers to equalize the pressure in the middle ear with the outside pressure, by letting air enter along the Eustachian tubes, as this does not always happen automatically when the pressure in the middle ear is lower than the outside pressure. This need can arise in scuba diving

to get into the water you slide in to get out of the water you must climb out

FLUTTER KICK
The standard style that everyone learns during their basic training is the simple up-down flutter kick. The legs move up and down in opposing directions, with the forward thrust being provided by the downward stroke of each fin.

way to dive when snorkelling is to do a 'duck' dive. This involves bending at the waist and then kicking your legs in the air. This puts you in a vertical position which will take you under. Normally, you would keep the snorkel in your mouth and then blow the water out of the snorkel. Then you can carry on breathing without taking the snorkel out of your mouth.

The blast clear is the most popular method. This involves blowing out through the snorkel to force the water out through the top. If your snorkel has a purge valve, water will also exit through the purge valve below the mouthpiece.

weight belts are very usful when diving because with out weight belts you can not stay under water for very long but if you have weight belts you can stay under water for longer
