Dear Choir Students and Parents,

Bobcat Choir Express is Tuesday, August 16 from 6:00-7:30 PM in the Cy-Fair HS Cafeteria. This is a come and go event where you can pay fees, pick up a choir shirt, get sized for a uniform, complete required forms and many other things that need to be done at the beginning of the school year. Attending this event is also a great opportunity for students and parents to meet other choir members. We hope to see you there!

Students will be able to pay for the following items at Choir Express:

• Student Fee ($70). This is the choir supply fee for the year (the only required fee for choir).

• All-State Audition Fee ($20). Only required for those participating in the All-State process.

• Singers/Sonos T-Shirt ($20). Only required for Singers / Sonos members.

• Choir Officer T-Shirt ($20). Only required for Choir Officers.

• Yard Signs ($60)

• Sponsorship. If you want to be a sponsor of the choir program, we would love your support! There are great perks associated with each level of sponsorship!

• Platinum ($400)

• 4 Reserved seats to every concert except the Winter Concert (yes, this includes every show of Showstoppers), 2 Showstoppers preferred tickets (this is on top of the reserved seats you already get; seats in the middle front section of the auditorium), 2 coffee house tickets, 1/4 page ad in showstoppers program, 2 choir shirts, 2 Showstoppers shirts, names in every program

• Gold ($300)

• 2 Reserved seats to every concert except the Winter Concert (yes, this includes every Showstoppers performance), 2 Showstoppers preferred tickets (this is in addition to the reserved seats you already receive; seats in the middle front section of the auditorium), 2 Coffee House tickets, ¼ page ad in the Showstoppers program, 2 choir shirts, and your name in each concert program.

• Silver ($200)

• 2 Showstoppers preferred tickets (seats in the middle front section of the auditorium), 2 Coffee House tickets, 2 choir shirts, and your name in each concert program.

• Bronze ($150)

• 2 Coffee House tickets, 2 choir shirts, and your name in each concert program.

• Reserved Seating for all concerts ($100/seat). You can select which seats you would like to reserve for the concerts (except the winter concert). This is good for Showstoppers as well. Keep in mind that the Sponsorships above come with reserved seating.
