ACT
Due to the redesigned SAT being offered this Spring some colleges are hesitant about accepting it for admission purposes.
If you want a guaranteed score go with the ACT.
**Free/Reduced Lunch students can get a waiver from Mr. Kerwien to take it for free.

NOTE: I would create a new email account to keep any college spam out of your personal email. (i.e. If my email is skerwien @gmail.com then I would create a new email skerwien1 @gmail.com for just college planning/scholarships)
Raise.me
Raise.me is a website that allows you to create an account to try and get micro scholarships ($50-500) for being an active high school student.
For instance, Olivet Nazarene Univ. in Illinois will give me $500 for taking the PSAT.
Check it out and see what you think.
NOTE: There unfortunately aren't that many WA colleges on the website yet, but it's a good way to explore options across the U.S. if you are adventurous.
