Teamwork is a vital component of our lives. Whether it is in our personal lives, school, or careers, no one person can do it all and that’s ok!
Let’s take a look at the 5 most important aspects of successful teams:
- Communication
* Consistently update each person on the team
* Be a good listener

* Understand the strengths and challenges of each team member
* Identify all aspects of a task and decide who will take each oneEfficiency
