If you have any questions, call the office and we would be happy to help! We can send home a packet in your child's back pack for you to complete.
Applications need to be completed and submitted each year, so if you have not completed one for the 2019-2020 school year, let us know, and we can send one home or stop on by in the office and grab one!
Author Andrea Beaty to visit Park Lawn!
You can order a signed copy of her book by completing the order form (these will go home with your child), and returning the form with payment to your child's teacher.
Please return your order by Friday, November 1 (Please make checks payable to "Books & Company")
Books will be signed and personalized by Andrea Beaty and will be delivered to your classroom after the presentation.
We can't wait to meet her!
FIELD TRIP PERMISSION SLIPS & PAYMENT
This year, you will not be seeing a permission come home to be signed for your child as this was part of your online registration process. You signed a permission slip online to blanket all field trips for the school year.
For payment, we have grouped all payments into one lump sum to cover the cost of all trips this year (please note, these are subject to change at any time and additional charges may apply). These payments would have been made during the registration process as well. Please check your Family Access to see if payment is still due.

GRAND EVENT
Dear Parents and Families:
Grandparents are very important in children’s lives, and we are celebrating a day just for them. Our school’s Grand Event recognizes the important role this audience can play in a child’s education. Because learning to read is the most important skill a child can learn, we’ve scheduled a special time for grandparents to celebrate reading during our Follett Book Fair. All proceeds from our Book Fair will be going towards updating our classroom libraries so teachers have new and exciting books for our students to read!
We are inviting grands to have lunch with their grandchild, visit our Follett Book Fair, and experience a celebration of reading. Giving kids access to great books and the opportunity to choose their own books motivates them to read more.
Children can eat hot lunch or a packed cold lunch like normal that day. Some families choose to bring in lunch from an outside restaurant to enjoy with your grandchild. In addition, please bring a driver’s license for sign-in. The lunches are planned by last name, so if you have grandchildren with different last names, please pick one of the days to attend that matches their name. Please sign-up for only for the day you are invited to, so we can ensure enough space for everyone.
If grandparents are not available, you are welcome to send a “grandfriend” in their place. Please RSVP by MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4. The following link will take you to a registration page. All registration must be completed online. Please Click Here to Register for our Grand Event!
