2018-2019 SCHOOL REGISTRATION CHECK LIST
(ALL FAMILIES MUST REGISTER STUDENTS ONLINE BY AUGUST 1ST)
Login to your Infinite Campus Portal at www.litchfield.k12.mn.us from a computer not a mobile device. Computer kiosks are set up at the schools to use if you don’t have access to a computer.
Click Online Registration (it's a link at the bottom of the page)
Verify Registration, household data (Online Registration)
Apply for federal meal benefits (Applications/Forms)
Pay for meals, activities & device (Payments)
Check status of immunizations (Health)

If you need help with your username or password please see the "Forgot your password?" or "Forgot your username?" reset function built into Campus Portal (see photo above). Campus portal password resets may require you to also complete a CAPTCHA to determine you are human, by entering random characters in a box.

Student Schedules & Classroom Teacher Assignments

Classroom teacher assignments and student schedules are currently being finalized. Teacher assignments & schedules will be made available for you to see in the Infinite Campus Portal after August 1st (and at open house) BUT you MUST complete the online registration. (Kindergarten parents see note below.)

Kindergarten Students
Did you attend Kindergarten Round Up this past spring? If so, when you login to Infinite Campus > Online Registration, you might find that it is already complete or you only completed it for your kindergarten child and you need to complete it for older children.
If you see the following message, you have completed registration for all members of your household: Your Online Registration application has already been submitted. You cannot make a changes online at this time. If you need to make a change, please contact the district office. For a PDF copy of the submitted data, please click the link.
You can review what you submitted and contact the office with questions or changes.
Health Services & Immunization Requirements

Incoming 7th grade students for 2018-19 school year:
The Minnesota Department of Health and School Mandated Immunizations Laws require all incoming 7th grade students to receive a Tdap and a Meningococcal immunization PRIOR to entering 7th grade.
When immunizations are complete, please send a copy to the school. All immunizations must be completed and on record in the school health office by September 4, 2018 or your child may be excluded from school.
Food Nutrition and Federal Meal Benefits
All households are encouraged to apply for Food Nutrition & Federal Meal Benefits. We accept applications for school meal benefits at any time. Applications are available to fill out online in your Infinite Campus Portal, or by contacting Stacy Justison at the District Office.

Households already approved for public assistance programs can complete an Application for Educational Benefits using case number(s) instead of household income information:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP)
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
