Ladies should wear a dress/skirt that is not longer than their gown.
Please keep in mind that it will be hot.
Caps: graduates may decorate their caps, however, the caps may not have any profanity, inappropriate imagery, controversial images, etc..
These will not be allowed. All caps will be checked prior to processional.

San Jose Prep and the Jaguars are not responsible for any items left in the student staging area. Students who bring anything may only bring it in a clear bag clearly labeled with their name.
Tickets for graduation
All persons entering the stadium will be required to have a ticket in order to be admitted. Tickets will be issued to students at the graduation rehearsal on Friday. It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the tickets issued to them are handed out to family members. No additional tickets will be available after the graduation rehearsal, so please do not lose them!
IMPORTANT:
In order for stadium staff to prepare for social distancing seating, all students' families must complete the Graduation Ticket RSVP form and list every guest that will be in attendance. You may complete this via: https://forms.gle/4EKfBqKWxGBhkUky5
The deadline for completing this is Wednesday, June 10 at 3pm.
Gate opening
Seniors should head straight to the student staging area (students will be told at rehearsal where this is). No family members are allowed in the student staging area.

Notes about the stadium
Guests will be allowed to bring a bottle of water into the stadium. Concessions will also be available for purchase.
This is a formal event, but please consider dressing in cool, light clothing due to the heat.

- Guests will be admitted into the stadium in order of arrival and escorted to seating. If your family wishes to sit together, they must arrive together- any late comers will be escorted to the next available seating area.
- Seating is required to meet social distancing standards, therefore, seats will be individual with two seats between each person. This includes family groups. Please be prepared to comply with these requirements.
Live stream
Once the Jaguars share the website with us, we will make sure to share this with all of our families.
Due to this, we have a media release for families to fill out. This is only if you choose to opt out . If you choose to opt out of your student being part of this, please fill out the attached form and return to randy.hudspeth@sanjoseprep.org
If you do not opt out, it is assumed that you have opted in and your student will be part of the ceremony and the live stream.
