Areas to work on

To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will be happy and eat good foods. I will also exercise a lot so that i am mentally and physical healthy.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by making sure that i will not get upset and know when to walk away. What I will gain from that "pain" is not always a bad thing because it has many benefits. It may help you keep your life straight.
I am who I am because of my surroundings.
I want to be happy in life. So I need to surround myself with people that are happy and successful.
