Proclamation of 1763

The king did not allow the colonists to move to the Ohio River Valley because they would start a war and the king does not want to start a new war and pay for it as well.

The stamp act of 1764-65

The stamp act taxed all paper and the colonists did not like it at all, The sons of liberty (led by Samuel Adams) they started to burn all paper they found and tared and feathered all the tax collectors.

The Townshend acts of 1767

Taxed all lead,glass,paper,tea, and gave the British to search the colonists homes for boycotted goods from other countries.

The Boston Massacre 1770

the colonists are taunting a British guard and then he started to get beaten the other British soldiers helped him and then the Brits started to threaten to fire then one got hit over the head and fired from instinct and self defense and five got killed in the incident.

The tea act taxed all tea for the COLONISTS only but the king taxed it so that he didn't have to pay for the war.
