Take Note
- I'll need ILEARN test security agreements signed and turned in to me by the end of this week. By signing this document, you are indicating you have watched video and agree to all that is on the agreement.
- At our October 17th staff meeting beyond the normal meeting stuff we will need to conduct Human Traffiking training which consists of going through a slide show and signing in that you participated in the training. ALL teaching staff, please make an effort to be here for it.
- Just a reminder that if a student is hurt and the injury is visible or serious enough, please make sure to fill out a Health Visit form and/or an Incident Report and let the parents know by sending the incident report home or contacting the parent. No parent wants to see an injury on their child with no contact from the school.
Wakelet
One of the newest information curation tools is Wakelet. It has many uses. I am using it for personal as well as work related projects. It is a great tool for teachers and students to gather online resources as well as PDF documents etc all in one place and share an entire collection of resources with only one link. It is truly amazing how cool and easy it is to use and share info via Wakelet. Here is the link to Wakelet and here is the educator Facebook group page link. Give it a look and try out how easy it is to work with on any device.
