Smallpox history and information
Small pox is a contagious disease that is also known as Varlola. Small pox came to the Americas during the Columbian exchange from European explorers. Smallpox wiped out a portion of America because the people never had contact with this type of disease so their immune system was not able to defend itself from the terrible disease. Smallpox is only able to be exchanged through the spread of the fluids from the rashes or pustules (A round figure that pops up on the skin and containing pus and having an inflamed based.) Direct contact with the infected areas of the skin can cause the disease to be transmitted. Smallpox can also be spread by saliva, coughing, sneezing, and many more thing where fluids gets released from the human body.
