Family Focus

This year we are taking more of a family focused approach to homework. We believe that spending quality family time is vital in the success of your student. We will provide family friendly, engaging homework activities and assignments. We would love if you would send us pictures of these activities and share them with us.

This week we are focusing on point of view: Read stories with your family and discuss what point of view the story was told from.

Academics

ELAR: We will continue discussing theme as well as point of view, making inferences and prefixes.

Math: We will solve word problems when they include financial vocabulary.

Social Studies: We will discuss and identify regions on a map.

Science: Students will apply their knowledge of weather to determine appropriate clothing and activities for conditions.
