How music help you stay healthy

STRESS

  • Feeling STRESSED OUT and UNNERVED is very common because of the conflicts people receive on a daily basis. Some of the reasons why people feel stressed out is because their lack of healthy bodies. Just because people look healthy doesn't mean they're healthy. Their lack of capability of not feeling stressed proves it.

EFFECTS FOR BEING STRESSED

  • Head aches
  • Moodiness
  • Sleep problems
  • Anxious or racing thoughts

HOW MUSIC CAN HELP

  • Listening to music helps the body and the mind relax. The music entertains the brain and tricks the mind to think that time is passing by faster. Tricking your mind to think time is passing by faster is a good idea if you're trying to prevent stress.

HOW MUSIC CAN HELP YOU STAY ACTIVE

  • A lot of people listen to music while doing their cardio because it motivates them to keep going. For example, somebody is doing squats while listening to one song and when that song is over they move on to doing sit ups and so on. Also, people listen to music while their jogging. This proves that music haves a big impact on staying healthy and relieving stress, because it helps people stay active.

What i learned during my research?

  • Music helps release stress because it motivates you to stay active.

Advice for the up coming seniors

  • Make school your first priority
  • Focus on grades
  • Have a plan on what you want to do after high school
