Personal Background
Alphonse Gabriel Capone (a.k.a Al Capone) was born of an immigrant family in 1899 in Brooklyn, NY. He quit middle school (6th grade) and became associated with a gang. He is known for many violent acts still to this day, and known as one of the most notorious gangsters of all time. One violent act was the Saint Valentine's Day Massacre where he ordered four of his gang members to disguise themselves as cops, and go into the opposing gang's headquarters (gang leader Bugs Moran) to kill seven gang members as retaliation to the ambush on Capone and his men). He later was arrested for tax evasion and released about 8 years later. He later became ill from syphilis (STD) and moved to Florida, where he lived the rest of his life and died in 1947.

Al Capone's Point of View
Al Capone viewed society, maybe even his world, as a "gang-industry" by getting involved in prostitution, gambling, bootlegging, etc. as a profit resource from which he and his fellow gang members made about $100,000,000 a year.

Al Capone's Impact on American Society
Al Capone changed the way people looked at gangs for his notorious acts, causing people to fear gangs and look at them as a source of power.
Al Capone's response to Criminal Injustice
When it comes to criminal injustice, Al Capone would probably resist the police, they would definitely target him. If he was still alive today, he would probably have a bounty on his head because of other gangs (Crips and Bloods, etc).
