Why to visit/location
People should visit Jamaica for its beautiful beaches, marvelous mountains, gorgeous coral reefs and stunning outdoor activities. Jamaica is located south of Cuba in the Carribean sea in Central America.
Dunn's River Falls
Dunn's River Falls is an awesome torist attraction! It receives thousands of visitors every year, people climb up it, and enjoy the rushing water agents their skin.
Blue Mountain Range
The Blue Mountains are the longest mountain range in Jamaica and they include Jamaica' highest point at 7402ft. Tourist are encouraged to hike up the mountain on a 14 mile path. When you get to the top on a clear day you can see the ends of the island.
Great River
The Great river is well great for tourist that like to take a nice lazy float on a bamboo raft or to have a more adventurous zip line across. Either way it is a beautiful feature that makes Jamaica even more interesting.

Some major cities of Jamaica are Port Antonio, Montego Bay, Mandeville, and Spanish Town. Jamaicans Capital is Kingston. Jamaica speaks Jamaican English.

The Jamaican government is a Constitutional Monarchy, Democracy, and Parliamentary System. The leaders are Prime Minister Andrew Holness, and Queen Elizabeth II.
The currency is the Jamaican dollar and the Economic system is a free market and a state ran.

Jamaica was controlled by England and it gained its independence in 1962.
