Yun-Lun, who goes by Lucy, is a 15 year old girl from Taiwan. She is an only child who currently studies in a girls only high school in Taiwan. Lucy is the class leader at her high school right now. "In the beginning is was really hard work for me." But after a few weeks she got organized and got used to it. Lucy likes to get involved in school activities like teaching children how to play diabolo. Lucy also keeps busy playing golf, she is a young amateur golf player who started playing for fun when she was 7 years old. Golfing has brought Lucy many opportunities to travel, she spent a year in China concentrating on her training. "I used to be shy before I went to China, but now I know how to take care of myself and being responsible, my personality has changed to be more outgoing." Other places Lucy has been to compete are Thailand, Hong Kong and America. She is quite an accomplished golfer, who would love to tell you more in person! When Lucy is not busy golfing, she likes to play the piano, violin, and guitar. Lucy is ready to spend more time getting to know the Western culture and wants to experience the differences of education and culture between the US and Taiwan. "Thank you for considering me to be part of your family." Lucy looks forward to meeting you in August!
