Congratulations DBHS! Top 100 School in CA!
The US News & World Report published their high school rankings for 2022 on Tuesday, April 26. Once again, DBHS was ranked among the best schools in the state and the nation.
The U.S. News Best High Schools rankings include data on more than 24,000 public high schools in 50 states and the District of Columbia. Nearly 18,000 schools were ranked on six factors based on their performance on state assessments and how well they prepare students for college.
Our rankings were as follows:
#455 in National Rankings
#62 in California High Schools
#26 in Los Angeles, CA Metro Area High Schools
#123 in STEM High Schools
----------------------------------------------------
Diamond Bar High's rankings are a result of a partnership among students, staff, parents, community members, and the district office in supporting the balance provided by our foundations of the five A’s: Academics, Activities, the Arts, Athletics, & Access.
At the center of our foundations is our belief in providing equitable access to opportunities for success to ALL of our students. US News & World Report rankings intend to reflect great high schools that serve all of their students well, not just those who are college bound. These high schools must be able to produce measurable academic outcomes to show how they are successfully educating their student body across a range of performance indicators.
