Friday is the last day to vote for this year's Lincoln Literary Legends Award winner. Be looking for a Google Form to nominate titles for next year's award.
It's Official
Google Expeditions are coming to Lincoln on May 27th! Students will use Google Cardboard to go on virtual reality field trips. Our schedule can be found here, so if you have a planning period, and want to check it out, please stop by!
Disrupting a Culture of One Right Answer
If you haven't read Holly Clark's blog, she is fantastic! She wrote a post about "Disrupting a Culture of One Right Answer" that is worth reading.
Here is a great quote - "In my 17 years of teaching, I have come to understand one truism. Multiple choice questions WILL NOT, HAVE NOT and DO NOT give us rich information about student learning and growth. Period. Full Stop."
So, how can we ask questions to foster student learning and thought?
